The client wanted patients to find tests and get them done at their door, and a simple admin side to run the whole service day to day.
We left out a paid map service. It would have added a heavy monthly cost and was not needed at the start. It can be added the day it earns its place.
A home diagnostics platform, built for a client in Mahabubnagar.
The client wanted patients to choose a test and a time slot online, a phlebotomist to visit the home, and reports delivered digitally.
Again we skipped the paid map service. It was costly and unnecessary for the first stage, so the budget went into the patient journey instead.
